Where Are You Based And What Areas Do You Cover?
Our offices are in the heart of the busy towns of Penzance and St Just.
Our Penzance office is in the heart of vibrant Causewayhead, and our St Just office is in Bank Square, near the town clock.
We cover West Cornwall, and would be very happy to discuss your property sale if it falls within West Penwith – it’s where we live and we love it. If you want to discuss your property with us, call 01736 697414.
Do You Charge Any Upfront Fees?
There are no upfront fees for enlisting our services, we work on a commission basis, so our fee is typically paid on completion of your sale (though it is due/payable upon successful exchange of contracts).
Where Will You Advertise My Property For Sale?
As a local, independent estate agent based in Penzance and St Just, West Cornwall, it is important to us that we offer comprehensive marketing – and we do more than any other independent agent in your area!
We employ ALLmajor portals: Rightmove, Zoopla AND OnTheMarketaswell as PrimeLocation and some smaller online portals– this ensures that wherever your buyers are, we put your property in front of them!
Additionally, we have TWObusy high street offices with large windows that draw buyers in – by default BOTH offices will advertise your property, and you have the benefit of two teams at your disposal to make your sale a straightforward one!
Your property’s particulars including professional-style photography, floorplan(s) and written details will be featured in our prominent high street windows in St Just and Penzance similarly on our website.
Will I Have To Do My Own Viewings?
No, as part of our service to you, we will arrange and manage your viewings at a time suitable for you. We will then endeavour to obtain and relay feedback and any offers as soon as possible afterward.
Will I Deal With One Person Throughout The Process?
As a local, independent estate agent, customer service really matters to us. While Mel, Vicky and Judith are on hand to help, Andrew or Tony will be your main point of contact and will be in touch regularly throughout the process to ensure you know what is going on.
Can I Pop In To Have A Chat About My Property?
Of course, we love to meet our customers face to face.
